Are you experiencing issues when sending emails?

Have your emails suddenly stopped sending? The most likely cause of the issue is your settings need to be updated.

There are a number of fixes depending on your mail app

Option 1

Change the following settings for your email settings in your mail app as follows

Port 587

Encryption SSL/TLS/STARTTLS (encryption is option but recommended)

You may well get a certificate warning but you can accept it and it should continue as normal and allow you to send

Option 2

Change the following settings for your email settings in your mail app as follows

Outgoing mail server – mailxx.extendcp.co.uk (please contact support if you need your specific xx=number for your domain name)

Port 587

Encryption SSL/TLS/STARTTLS (encryption is option but recommended)
